It’s the restaurant at The Inn at Dos Brisas in the foothills of Texas Hill Country, where cuisine is made from ingredients cultivated on our acres of organic farmland and orchards. The intimate dining room’s elegant Spanish country manor décor adds a touch of romance to every meal. The centerpieces are a grand, 18th-century fireplace from France's Loire Valley region and a handcrafted alder and mahogany bar.
