The only Forbes five-star restaurant in Texas is not in Austin, Houston, or Dallas. It’s the restaurant at The Inn at Dos Brisas in the rolling hills of  Washington County, where the cuisine is crafted from ingredients cultivated on our acres of organic farmland and orchards. Recognized with the Relais & Châteaux distinction of fine dining, the award-winning restaurant offers menus that blend a vegetable-centric focus, using organic ingredients from our farm, with a creative Texas flair. Our impeccable service and 7,000-bottle wine cellar has earned us a “Best of Award of Excellence” from Wine Spectator magazine.

Lunch served daily from 11 AM to 2 PM
Dinner served daily from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM (last seating)
Sunday brunch served from 11 AM to 2 PM
Room service available from 7 AM to 9 PM

Because we pick produce fresh from the farm based on the evening’s reservations, we request that diners not staying at The Inn reserve their table at least 24 hours in advance by calling 979.277.7750  An 18% service charge is added to all guest checks.

Organic Five-Star Restaurant Offers Farm-to-Table Dining

Our 42-acre USDA-certified organic farm provides our award-winning restaurant—the only Forbes five-star destination in Texas—with fresh, flavorful ingredients lovingly cultivated without the use of hormones, synthetic fertilizers, or pesticides. The farm specializes in heirloom varietals of fruits and seasonal vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers, and squash. A berry patch, orchard, and herb garden also help the ranch move toward total self-sufficiency. A high-tech, 7,000-square-foot greenhouse provides our chefs with fresh produce throughout winter, and a shadehouse offers vital plant protection during the hot Texas summers. The Inn at Dos Brisas is a member and supporter of the Texas Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association.
