Dining: One of the great draws to the Inn is our dining experience. Our Executive Chef adheres to and exemplifies the Dos Brisas culinary philosophy: to uniquely and effectively meld French quality, American flair and Asian minimalism. This award-winning approach is available through a five- or eight-course dinner tasting menu, Thursday – Saturday, and a five-course Sunday Brunch. Preparation and presentation are matched by the overall ambience of the setting. From the rustic 1760s Loire Valley fireplace to the large windows overlooking rolling hills, pastures and native foliage, guests are treated to a myriad of sights and tastes designed to delight.
Overnight guests will be tempted to feast on a gourmet picnic poolside, or perhaps in a shady spot near the pond. Each of the luxury accommodations offer vistas of tranquil meadows, horse paddocks and stocked ponds.
