Award-winning chef Jason Robinson prepares imaginative dishes in the classic French method using fresh local ingredients for a truly unique culinary affair. Each dish of our eight-course 'Grand Tasting' menu is carefully paired with one of over 5,000 bottles of wine from our climate-controlled cellar, enhancing the food's natural flavors.

Eight- or five-course tasting menus that vary from night to night and a five-course Sunday Brunch menu incorporate local produce and game, as well as vegetables and herbs from the Inn's own organic garden.
