The certified organic farm and gardens of Dos Brisas Ranch provide the restaurant with fresh, flavorful farm-to-table organic food – raised without the use of synthetic drugs, hormones, or synthetic chemicals. Most of the restaurants ingredients are picked daily from the Inn's fruit, vegetable, and herb gardens at their peak ripeness for an unforgettable dining experience.
The Inn at Dos Brisas is proud to be a member and supporter of the organic food movement. The Inn maintains a multi-acre USDA-certified organic farm of heirloom varieties of hundreds of season vegetables as well as a berry patch, orchard, herb garden, and a beautiful and extensive rose garden. The recent construction of a greenhouse extended the seasons of the Inn's own vegetables throughout the winter months, and a shadehouse sustains a great variety in the summer months. The organic farmer owners of the Inn are constantly investigating innovative methods of providing the finest organic produce to the restaurant. Upcoming improvements include the construction of both a high-tunnel greenhouse and hydroponic greenhouse to add to the breadth and freshness of the restaurants cuisine.
