A Texas ranch may seem an unlikely place for one of only a small few Forbes 5-Star restaurants in the United States, but the owners of The Inn at Dos Brisas have a passion for the culinary arts that have driven them to create a restaurant to rival the finest dining establishments in the world. In the hands of Relais & Châteaux Grand Chef Jason Robinson, hand-picked herbs and spices from the Inn's own organic garden, seasonal produce from the farm, and naturally produced ingredients are transformed into culinary masterpieces. With a French chefs' passion for quality, an American flair for presentation and an appreciation of Asian minimalist technique, Chef Robinson artfully prepares meals that please the most discriminating palate.
This award-winning approach to fine dining delights our guests time and again, whether they are enjoying the eight-course Grand Tasting menu, breakfast on the patio of their own casita, or a gourmet picnic lunch. The courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable staff and one of the largest wine collections in Texas elevate every meal to unforgettable status.
Preparation and presentation are matched by the dining room's rich character. A grand fireplace from France's Loire Valley region, circa 1760, petite designer lamps at each table, chairs of custom leather and rich fabrics, and a bar handcrafted of alder and mahogany provide a rich and rustic touch.
The restaurant is open for dinner guests Thursday through Sunday from 5 - 10 pm, Saturday lunch from 11 am - 2 pm, and Sunday brunch from 11 am - 2 pm. Individual meals can be prepared for casita guests to enjoy in room, on the patio, at the bar, or as a picnic.
